"Just wow....this hotel is great. Located near the airport just a five minute drive. Check in was wonderful. Greated by a friendly and helpful person. Rooms were clean and spacious. The bar and restaurant were spacious as well and had a good variety. Friendly staff throughout. Ample parking underground. "

"Disabled access room with good wet room. Beds were comfortable and there was a great selection at breakfast. The breakfast room did get rather crowded and staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. Very handy location for trade fair, botanical garden and Senkenberg museum and near to public transport. "

"The hotel is absolutely okay for a few nights. Easy to reach on foot from the train station. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the breakfast! There really is everything you could wish for. You can bake waffles, make smoothies from fresh fruit and vegetables and there's a great selection of other things too. There is also an extra corner with gluten-free and lactose-free products. "

"I arrived at 7am on New Year's Eve and with a 3pm check-in had planned to drop my luggage, have breakfast and explore. However, Miriam and Savid were most helpful and got me into my room immediately. I had read a comment about the "inconvenience" of the bar/reception, but I had no issue with it on checking in or out. "We stayed here twice (each time once night) while in transit between the US and other countries. The hotel is located very conveniently in the city center and we walked to dinner and did a little additional sightseeing on our brief 24 hours stays in Frankfurt. Staff was very kind and helpful. "Liked the location of hotel - very central, everything accessible by foot. Even the towels and linens a bit outdated - the room, equipment and public areas in decent condition. Comfortable matresses, great sleep. Second floor rooms just around cafeteria where tasty coffee and breakfast served. Sauna is on 3rd floor, rather small but enough for 4-6ppl, free of charge for hotel guests. Shower for cooling down but hasn't been working. Generally quiet and comfortable place to stay. Hotel provides few local discounts, nice to use at town thermal bathes. Hotel is convenient to drive in, load/unload the luggage."
