Great Hotel for Stop Over
Great location for guest looking for a night prior to departure at the airport while also offering a place to venture out to tourist spots like Mainz. The onsite parking is tight and limited but the underground garage is available at a cost. Clean and comfortable but there were stains on carpets which took away from the hotel, not sure what happened!

Convenient hotel
It's a nice hotel, but the elevators need some freshning up, they are a bit musky. The rooms are ok, a bit on the small side, but clean, but the beds are very small, so that we almost fell out of them. Not sure if all rooms are like this, but ours was. Another thing is the charge for the parking. Outside costs 5,00 Euro and in the garage 15,00 Euro. A bit much. Overall it's a good hotel for a night or two.

Much better than expected at a very competitive rate. Just the price for the breakfast buffet is a bit over the top, so that I decided to skip breakfast. Rooms to main street are quite noisy when you open the window, so better look for a room on the silent side.

I have stayed in this particular hotel several times. It seems to lose its luster slowly but surely. The restaurant is no longer open for lunch or dinner, which is extremely unsatisfactory. This is not communicated beforehand. There is a charge for parking in the hotel parking lot of 5 Euros per day, or in the underground parking garage of 15 Euros per day. This is also not communicated beforehand. Parking in the lot around the hotel means one has to park under trees. In the morning one gets a big surprise by finding one's hood, windshield and roof covered in huge droppings from ravens and magpies.

Schlechter Service, man fühlte sich beim Frühstück nicht willkommen und es war eine große Hürde eine Rechnung zu erhalten. Mein Parkticket bezahlte ich am Anreisetag in bar, was bei der Abholung der Rechnung zum check out leider niemand mehr wusste. Der Betrag war noch als „offen“ hinterlegt und man schaute mit dem Hinweis, dass ja häufig auch ein Plus in der Kasse sei, nach meinem herausgegeben 5€ Schein…

Zimmer war in Ordnung. Bad war aber sehr dreckig. Wir hatten Kleberreste auf der Klobrille und noch Bremsstreifen in der Toilette. Der Flur zum Zimmer sollte definitiv mal wieder erneuert werden. Überall waren grüne Flecken von Bleiche. Am meisten hat uns gestört, dass die Reinigungskraft um 9:50 Uhr ins Zimmer kam, obwohl wir erst um 12 Uhr auschecken mussten. Die Parkplatzsituation ist auch nicht die Beste.

Die Parkmöglichkeiten rund um das Hotel sind sehr begrenzt und mit 5 € pro Nacht in dieser Gegend zu teuer, die Tiefgarage kostet sogar 15 €. Besonders schlimm ist es, wenn im Hochsommer keine Klimaanlage funktioniert, was leider häufig in diesem Hotel passiert..
