"My wife and I vacation in Jackson twice a year and have stayed at several of the inns. This was our first time at the Inn at Jackson. While not as nice as the more expensive inns, it was on a par with similarly priced facilities. Clean with a comfortable bed. I was disappointed with the low lighting in the room and lounge making it difficult to read. Also multiple broken bureau drawers limited our unpacking. "This quaint inn is very convenient to the downtown area and walkable to the train station. The room we’d originally booked had a ‘maintenance issue’ so we were told we were ‘upgraded’ to a Carriage House room. Loved that there a living area as well as a full kitchen (which we didn’t use), but the sliding glass door didn’t lock. We requested maintenance, but nothing was ever done. We had to improvise our own door stop with luggage racks. Bed was comfy and shower was hot with great pressure....
