"After a late arrival we were informed that the pool, sauna, steam room and gym were all still open which was a nice welcome after a long drive. We followed this by a drink in the bar area, service was noticeably stretched this particular evening due to a wedding party (possibly two), and an 80th birthday celebration meaning tables were not getting cleared and bar service was slow. "When we arrived we were given room 12 but upon opening the door it was filled with builders rubbish. We then waited for a while and the manger came to see us saying he only had 1 other room but it has no hot water. He said we could use the spa for free and was very helpful and kind. He said he will re fund half our money back which I’m not sure how this happens as I still havent had this. If I get my money back I would definitely come again and we did have a really nice time "
