"We had a couple of issues that were completely down to us. My daughter is disabled and we needed an extra room card and she then locked herself out accidentally. The staff were brilliant. I always say that you can tell a hotel by the way they react to a problem and it was definitely the case here. They went above and beyond. "Our stay was okay, the room was very cold and took a while to heat up and as we arrived late we would have appreciated an ambient temperature. We were in room 222 and there were blood stains beneath the shower on the floor? The breakfast was good. The leather seats in the lounge have seen better days there was a chuck of leather and foam stuffing out of one if them. The staff seemed nice."
