"The Hotel is run down but it was reasonable to stay (£272 for 4 nights bed and breakfast) booked extra room just before we went for extra friend. We paid £387 for same but booked last August when we booked tickets for Show at BIC. So handy as just down the road 2 min walk. Seafront 5 mins and town centre 5 mins. Staff were very helpful and sorted out any shortages of food, plates, mugs etc when they ran out. More staff would have been useful over the weekend at breakfast"

"We loved being at Knoll House Hotel… it was like stepping back in time … such an interesting history and it was warmly welcoming. We loved the spa and outside pool and being near the sea for swimming . The staff were really helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. We had a room right at the back of the property which was very peaceful. I’ve heard that developers are knocking at the door but please don’t change anything about this Hotel.
