"Nice hotel. But weird in that at reception it said check in at the hotel across the road and for breakfast. I had a room on the 1st floor, but on the 2nd floor it seemed the people who looked after the hotel stayed. I don't know if the 2nd floor was open plan, but all you could hear was the baby, mother & grandmother all the time. It was silent at night though. Room and facilities including the bed were superb. Just the carers of the place made a racket."

"La Onda was very modern and spotlessly clean. Check-in was smooth and easy, and our room was comfortable with a decent view. We really liked the modern furnishings in the room and the spaciousness. Sara handled our check-in; she was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was varied and interesting in the morning, and the food was well-prepared. Ermal really works hard to make sure everyone has a wonderful stay, and always has a smile on his face. Endri was extremely kind and helpful when we had to leave early to get to the airport. He made sure we didn't go without breakfast despite the very early hour, and was attentive and kind. The only (minor) complaint we have about the hotel is about the underground parking. There isn't very much space to maneuver in the garage, and it takes a little bit of time to park correctly. A great place to stay in Durrës."
