"This hotel has the best amenities in the area. Lake access, pool, jacuzzi, great views, easy access to the Lake Arrowhead Village (Upper and Lower). A Large property with a great restaurant (we had Breakfast there) and a Spa which was AMAZING. It is truly the hotel with the best amenities in the area. "The staff were extremely friendly, the property was very clean and the decor was elegant. There was a gym, indoor and outdoor pools, laundry facilities, a business center, lodge area inside and outdoors as well by a fireplace. I was blown away at the accommodations and amenities. I ate the restaurant/bar and the food and service were too notch. I can’t wait to stay again."

"Grand Pines Cabins were just as cute as the pictures showed. The room wasn’t the biggest, but enough room to relax in the king bed and watch a show with the complimentary Disney/Hulu. We had some leftovers from the Mexican place next door and were able to enjoy them the next day thanks to the mini fridge and microwave. There’s also lots of options for food/drinks and places to play for kids walking distance from the cabins. Check in and checkout went smooth. And overall we enjoyed our stay...
