"The apartment wasn't clean. I checked in after midnight and there was water all over the bathroom which wasnt mopped and shoesprints all over the apartment. Next day I asked the reception either to clean the room or to change. They have just mopped the bathroom and the room. During my stay I found ants in the room and a cockroach in the bathroom.
