"The property looked luxurious from the outside to the lobby. Our room was clean, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The ice machine outside of our room was very loud and you could hear it from our room. "

"I’m BIG on cleanliness. LOVED the decor, area, staff but the bathroom left more to be desired. Broken shelf, long black hairs all around the bathroom, floor poorly vacuumed, trash still in the can. If I weren’t so tired I would have gone back downstairs to the front desk, but a review will motivate a management team more than anything. "

"This property had friendly staff and an inviting environment. We arrived on a Friday evening and they had popcorn and hot snacks, with sodas. On Saturday they didn’t, so I am unsure why. Yet, for whatever reason, it was a welcome treat after traveling for 12 hours. Will stay here again. "
