"It was really nice, and the location was great, with an oceanfront patio and direct access to the beach. It seems that all rooms above the first floor have small balconies as well unless it's a corner room. Very nice and pleasantly priced restaurant as well. What I didn't like is that the bathroom has no ventilation; therefore, number 2 becomes unpleasant for all, and the mirrors for up badly when showering. I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room either. "

"We chose the Rideau because of its location, as my husband has mobility issues. They were able to provide us with a wheelchair for his use for the duration of our stay at no charge. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. The only downfall was while housekeeping provided us with new towels everyday our bed was never made after check in. I’m sure this was just an oversight as they were great in every other aspect. We will definitely stay here again in the future! "

"The photos of the rental are of rooms from different units in the house. We did not realize there was only one bathroom with a shower. We found the other 1/2 bathroom outside on the porch with a no locking door. The unit was not cleaned well and we found something strange pinned up on the front porch. There was also no room for me to park at the rental. I was told that I could use a parking space at a hotel one street over. I appreciated this offer considering there was no parking anywhere...

"Location was good. But the place was not the cleanest. Beds were old mattresses were stained like murders. Water heater turned down cold water. No comforters just dirty blankets with holes. White socks are not an option l. Had to throw them away due to turning them black. Washing and bleach could not save them. Communication there is none. "
