"I booked one night for a birthday trip. I could have stayed in that comfy bed all day. I slept through the night and woke refreshed. The price was higher than what I usually pay, but I wanted to stay somewhere nice. The bottom floor, which was one of our main reasons for choosing this hotel because of the restaurant, bar and fountain, is construction, but they did a great job of checking people in quickly at a makeshift kiosk. I was disappointed that we barely had enough bath tissue for one...

My only problem (which was not the hotel's fault) was I received a message to do a precheck in and said they wanted my card number for easier check in. Doing that put a hold on my card along with a second hold when the card was charged So i had two holds for the full amount on my card that my bank cannot take off yet.
