The staff were mostly helpful and friendly except for the Monday morning checkout which despite catching two different peoples attention nobody would come to help us check out. We just left our keys on the counter and walked out in the end as we had a train to catch."

No tea making facilities in room but when asked they kindly gave us a kettle and cups. The staff were friendly and helpful. "
