"The hotel is located right across the Lotte mall which has all types of high end stores such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Rimowa and the Apple store. The staff cleans the room very well and there is a laundry room to wash clothes. The only issue we experienced was having to call the staff 3 times throughout the day just to get new towels, but overall they are very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again!"

The cleaning lady was so kind, always checking on us and she was funny. The laundry room is a little bit creepy, but was still an adventure to wash my laundry.
