"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It was comfortable and the staff very welcoming. It runs a breakfast and dinner buffet which is very reasonably priced (if you haven’t selected the half board option at booking) and good quality. The hotel says it offers parking but when we arrived there was none available in its car park . On street parking is possible at €12/day but getting a space nearby was challenging. "I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. I actually liked the hotel food!!! Nice bar. It really surprised me. The only thing i could possibly critique is the room.doors are not totally soundproof...

Un buffet muy escaso y la única protección para el covid era que la gente se ponga mascarilla, mucha gente por todos lados en el comedor y la comida no viene tapada ni te la sirve el personal del hotel, es decir, un buffet en el que la gente coge lo que quiera como ha sido toda la vida. "It’s right next to the highway, and incredibly noisy during 00:00 to 04:00 for some reason. Bedsheets are like paper sand and for a double bed there was only one long pillow, what’s was that about? Breakfast is super limited, so keep in mind. Just avoid unless you really need a place to crash for the night. "

"Great place to stay outside oldtown in Granada. A 10.minute drive or 30.min walk to downtown. Quiet neighborhood, easy paking and very friendly hosts. Rooms are spacy and extremely clean. Excelent value for a great hotel. Would feinitely stay again."
