"We were impressed with the warmth of the hospitality we received at this quaint hotel. The gentleman opened the pool just for us for a quick dip even though it was closing very soon. The pool was so warm , especially in the pouring rain - lovely fun. The staff were very smiley, genuine, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend "

"Brilliant heavily due to staff friendly in hotel reception and restaurant. Only marked down decor in parts run down , bed terrible.... Premier brilliant, but due to service, room and spacious room and restaurant though basic and basic, quality of food was excellent and restaurant beautiful.....will be back and have already recommended to others. "Another wonderful stay here! Room was clean and tidy, couldn't fault it at all. Products available also amazing. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash all top notch! Service a little slow at breakfast and dinner but food was yummy. Overall an amazing stay!"

"The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Everyone was so welcoming to us and my dog. The room was spacious and warm. The bar was funny, playing Coronation Street on the big TV on Friday night was an unexpected vibe! The pool, sauna and steam room were lovely and warm, clean and inviting. However the changing rooms could do with an update! And no coffee machine working for morning coffees or espresso martinis was gutting! The grounds were lovely with a little woodland walk to take the pup around, and lots of nearby beautiful coastal walks. Being able to see the sea at breakfast was lovely."
