"Good option if you’re looking to save some $. The staff is nice especially the front desk lady Ms Zakia, she was helpful throughout our stay. The equipment in the hotel could however use some upgrade for the fees they're charging. The wifi wasn't available in our room if you need to use it you had to go at the pool which is kinda backward."

Most of the amenities advertised with the room where not in room including towels fridge utensil microwave dining area etc Management ignored all forms of communcation to rectify via myself and Expedia . Would not recommend this property. I am still waiting for a refund which Expedia is organsing as this was a terrible experience and introduction to Djerba and its people. property communucation"

"I was denied the room I had reserved (overbooking I was told in a rude unprofessional tone) The location is isolated & not easy accessible . Don't bother waisting your time, not worth a try."
