The pictures of the bathroom on the website are only from the bigger rooms so when we checked in there was only a small square shower. The staff was amazing went out of their way to make my stay there much better. "

"It was not what we expected from a hotel in this price range. To be fair the breakfast was excellent! Absolutely amazing. But the advertised pool was not operational, there was very spotty internet (so bad you couldn't write emails), no soap in the bathroom (we had to buy our own), all the complimentary items never were refilled, and once the door to our room was open when we returned from a day trip. Lastly no one was available to talk to about this since the reception was never staffed....

"Uncomfortable and dirty. The room was disappointing. The desk and tv remote were sticky, also as a floor. Parking is paid. The benefits: polite staff, late check-in and breakfast was not bad. "
