It is a beautiful hotel and the service is exceptional, we have stayed in 5 star hotels that don’t offer the service and friendliness this hotel offered . They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay . We were unable to make breakfast in the morning due to an early start but they immediately offered bacon sandwiches for us . The pictures on Hotels.com look good but probably taken about 10 years ago when the place was last cleaned . The boys were given another room but it was just as bad so they checked out without staying there at all. "

"Very attractive gastro pub off the beaten track. Excellent food and range of drinks. I was fortunate the weather was glorious so an evening in the beer garden was appreciated. The room was a good size if only a little dated. The large sash window offered little in sound proofing but had the most glorious view across a field of sunflowers.
