"The staff is fantastic and overall I liked the look and feel of the hotel. A few issues- I was put in a double bed room despite booking a king, the elevators are in need of maintenance, the door to the walking bridge back to the hotel was locked during the hours it was supposed to be open, and the air conditioning to the building has been out long enough that large portable ac units are placed throughout the lower floor lobby and dining areas. It works in the rooms but everywhere else felt hot...

"Overall property is very good. We’ve stayed here quite a few years prior to Covid. This is first time post covid. Room was nice but bathroom door handle needed fixing. Housekeeping didn’t make room up one day. Receptionist folding sheets/towels at front desk which we found strange. Breakfast items slim pickings due to baseball tournaments over the weekend. "

"Staff friendly and helpful, since my coffee pot wasn't working...it was replaced when a staff member was notifued..even when I had to leave everything working perfect on my return...my room was cleaned daily and trash removed. Always comfortable and convenient..restaurant was good as was the pool and spa...no complaint..also parking on site."

"Really loved the suite set up. It had everything - stove, refrigerator, dishwasher washing tab, dish cloths, dish soap, dishes. The desk was a great space to work at plus the couch seating. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom set up was great - decent counter space at the sink, extra towels, and a shower toilet was behind the closed door so one person could shower or use the restroom while the sink was still accessible. "We had a nice stay here. We appreciated how quiet it was even with there being two other units. The supply of amenities (paper towel, dish washer tabs, laundry detergent, toilet paper) were all much appreciated. There was an additional supply of blankets as well which was great given that it’s winter time in Michigan. The place heated up nicely.
