We were 2 couples that paid a week in advance through Hotels.com, confirmation was emailed and I phoned 3 times to confirm because we were going to arrive a bit earlier because we have a wedding close by. When we arrived they did not want to give us our room keys because they said they did not receive payment. "Upon arrival they did not have any record of my reservation however they did honor it once I showed my receipt. Called for airport transport but no answer. Took taxi (more expensive) to the locked gate. Proceeded around the corner and waited at a coffee house until they answered the phone. Once there however they were very pleasant and accommodating. "
