Noone informed us about the problem and what they can offer us to solve the problem (offer other hotel, for example). We talked with other guests, and they told us that there is no hot water already from the day before. So in my check-in they already new that. We had no shower for 2 days. No hot water and not even sorry from the part of the hotel. We check out without having a hot water...and shower. For the breakfast we found tables dirty, missing plates, forks, cups to make a coffee etc. In check out we expected some info from the reception, but there was no interest at all to talk with us."
