"The house provided beautiful views, a magnificent location, and the host was warm and welcoming. Nestled in old world Italy, surrounded by quaint countryside towns, we found the area to be iconically surreal. Although our trip was marred with climactic tragedy, the one bright spot of our travel through the Emilia Romagna was staying in the beautiful hilltop villa of Le Orchidee. The decor was interesting and fun, we enjoyed spending time in the front room with lots of space for all of us to relax on the sofas there.
