"Beautiful Geoffrey Bowa- designed boutique hotel set in a beautifully tended garden. This is our second stay & it didnt disappoint. The staff remembered us after 4 years! "Nice hotel, well maintained. Wonderful location as just on riverside. 1 km distance from bentota beach. Only few things are missing, just like... restaurant and swimming pool. For food they arrange from nearby restaurants. But owner is quite helpful, n quite bigger room size and bathrooms. If can adjust with above requirements...then its the best place to live in bentota, its quite chill and silent...so that you can enjoy yourself."

"Hotel staff was extremely friendly and they took hospitality to the next level. One day they threw a seafood BBQ for us by the beach, the other day they made a fire pit directly on the beach. The hotel is clean and great for such a price. We had the whole beach for us. The only downside was that the area was not touristic and not much to do, we went to bentota for some fun and came back."

"We arrived on Christmas Eve after a 7hr taxi journey, we were greeted with a welcome drink and very friendly staff. Once escorted to our room which had an amazing view of the ocean, we discovered that the lock on our door was held on with gaffer tape and the barrel could be pushed out with your finger. "No POOL! На мой вопрос - а где же бассейн? Был дан идиотский ответ - вон там море, там и купайтесь! Море необорудованное, все очень запущенное, лежаков мало и они обычно поломанные, нормальный есть только один. За кондей требуется доп/оплата 3000 рупий. Холодильника в номере стандарт нет, но хоть разрешили пользоваться холодильником в столовой, но часто его отключали чтобы включить вентилятор.
