"Great time "

"The Campfire Hotel is a gem of a property! It has campy motel vintage vibes but updated and renovated to today’s accommodation expectations. Every night there is a campfire (living up to the name), and The Canteen onsite bar and lounge is great for a cocktail. The theme is on point throughout the property with not a single detail that wasn’t thought through and considered carefully. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Bend, OR!"

"Central location "

"Nice centralized area for where we were going. Great people at the desk- very helpful. Very nice hotel . Only thing I have to say bad was we had no room service any of the four days we were there. We had to ask each day for towels and we put our garbage outside the door after 3 days but had no bags to replace . They should explain about room service at desk when we checked in. Staff would have gotten 5 stars if not for that. Need to have more options for bread besides bagels for breakfast."

"Great location. Nice staff, but seemed understaffed. Room was nice. Bar was great and the food there was good. Breakfast was expensive and mediocre. We stayed here a few years ago and liked it better. Property seems a little tired now. Property could be outstanding with a little TLC and more staff. Not a great value currently."

"The good: The staff was friendly, the continental breakfast was excellent, the room was large and the balcony provided a wonderful view of the Deschutes River and smelled of pine. The primary bed was comfortable. The bad: The pull-out sofa was not fit to serve as a second bed. It had a very thin, springy, worn out mattress that's become a running joke among my family (two adults and two older teens). As the person who booked the room, I volunteered as tribute and spent all three nights in that...
