"I thought I had a room at the hotel. Was put into a condo furnished with amenities I was not prepared for: coffee maker but no coffee, washer/dryer but no soap. Bedroom of condo was downstairs but only bath was upstairs. Carpets stained. Only hotel that did not contact me prior to check in on trip. This is a huge resort but I was disappointed. "
