"Not one caveat on a very positive impression. The house is supplied with all sorts of kitchen needs, entertainment, and household items. It is located in a natural setting amidst trees yet very close to the main road within two miles of Jay Peak. The owner responds very quickly to queries. We will seek out this particular unit in the future! Thank you Patrick."

"We had an amazing time at the Abbot Hill Chalet! What a beautiful view of the snow covered mountains. The house was in a private well maintained property, plenty of bedrooms, towels, soap, basics for cooking. The property was plowed and had plenty of firewood for 2 wood burning stoves. We loved the hot tub! and 2 living areas. Our girls loved the hills around the property for sledding. The hosts were very prompt with their communication and sent their handyman when we had an issue with a faucet....

"Gorgeous property, very clean with all amenities provided. Derek is quick to respond to messages and very helpful. It's the perfect cabin for a group of friends or a family. The property is surrounded by a river on 3 sides and the sound of the water makes for the perfect peaceful retreat. We're planning on coming back during swimming season!"

"Gorgeous location and property. Host was very accommodating!! The basement apartment style rental was nice. We would recommend heating up the rental before guest arrive in winter (didn’t get warm until 3am our first night) and it was very dusty on all surfaces in the kitchen as they informed us that they just made repairs. Overall sufficient but photos could be better in the advertisement. "

Plenty of room for 4 adults to stretch out. Nice view, very bright, cozy gas fireplace, and easy ski & boot storage. Would return."

"Its a great little cabin for a couple or solo traveler. It had a couple small kitchen applianes such as a toaster over, microwave, hot plate, toaster and dishware. It however had no pots or pans so bring them if you wish to use hot plate to cook. The only thing that wasnt favorable was how cold the floor and bathroom got due to the not well insultated flooring, once i cranked the heat in the main room and left the bathroom door open, a little while later it was warm enough to shower. "
