It was all the more pleasant given that the staff were happy to speak English to us. The meal at the restaurant was a good-quality home-made selection of local specialities. The home-made pasta is deffinitely worth a try. Kinding is a very small town with quite a few things to offer. The local church and the adjacent graveyard are worth a good look...

"Hotel Harbauer is perfectly located for trips to the Nuremberg Christmas market. The owners were incredibly helpful, providing travel information and maps. The hotel apartment was clean and comfortable. The smallest room was ideal for our children as it is located at the back of the apartment, and could be kept quite dark and cosy. Parking was easy in spite of the heavy snow that fell the night we arrived. "

"Die Einzelzimmer sind wirklich sehr klein und ich habe mich in meinem nicht wohlgefühlt. Es gab nur ein kleines (Dach)-Fenster zum Lüften, keine Klimaanlage, keinen Ventilator. Dementsprechend stickig war es im Zimmer. Aber auch sonst fand ich den Raum eher "beklemmend" (ich hatte schon oft Einzelzimmer, aber kleiner wie hier geht es kaum mehr). Man merkt an Kleinigkeiten, dass hier die Liebe zum Detail fehlt. Beispielsweise ließ sich der Duschkopf nicht mehr hochstellen bzw. festmachen, weil...
