"Room was nothing special and bathroom was dirty, the shower are was just some old flooring. Housekeeping came in twice over 4 nights, she took our old bedding off and left the new one in the bed for us to make. Also the towels only got changed once and when they did the old ones were just left on the floor. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, never have I once had to pay for a mistakenly lost plastic door card.
