"The location is very good and just few kms from all the key places to visit that we had planned. Although in the middle of city almost still away from the hustle bustle and very calm place opposite the hockey stadium. Food was good but just that the service was a little slow. Rooms are very spacious in 3rd floor. Do check on A/c while booking , there are some rooms without A/C."

Property manager was asking for guarantee tht pet is friendly. After saying will give the same feedback to Expedia , he gave us room. 2) torn bedsheets. "It was all good. clean, good room and good location and well lit with a good restaurant. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is that after I paid all my restaurant bill for dinner, next AM while checking out they held us up saying I still have some due from dinner last night. I just paid and left, didn't want to fight for a small amount but rue the time loss and why we were not told right after dinner if that was the case."

"Hotel charged for 3 persons but did not provide extra bed as beds were broken. One person had to sleep on thin mattress layered & no mosquito repellent given . We could not sleep at all. It took 1 hour to finish dinner. Few hotel guests walked out as they did not get even water for half an hour & their baby was crying for water . Reason was just one waiter serving 8 tables. I will never go here again."
