"Hotel charged for 3 persons but did not provide extra bed as beds were broken. One person had to sleep on thin mattress layered & no mosquito repellent given . We could not sleep at all. It took 1 hour to finish dinner. Few hotel guests walked out as they did not get even water for half an hour & their baby was crying for water . Reason was just one waiter serving 8 tables. I will never go here again."

"Property is at a good location and close to major attractions, but there is a lot of noise due to equipments. Constant vibrations in my room. "

"Great property, amazing reception and restaurant staff. Reducing one star because of poor in room service and housekeeping. I have never experienced such a slow housekeeping service even in any non star hotel. Still giving 4 stars for other amenties and excpetionally good reception and restaurant staff."

"Good stay. The only thing was that there was confusion because it was advertised that there "free breakfast" and when we went to breakfast they said that it was not included in our package. The booking confirmation did not clearly state one way or other but the original booking said "free breakfast." "

"We chose this hotel as we needed to catch an early Flybus to Bengaluru Airport from the bus station across the road. It is also convenient for siteseeing and a short walk to the Palace. Reception efficient and upgraded our room when we complained of a smell in our bathroom. We found the jungle themed decor in the restaurants unpleasant. Breakfast choices quite good. No umbrellas and no shade for sun beds at the pool."

"Do not go for delight or deluxe stay, its not at all value for money. Rooms are not hygienic and they provide us torn towels and pillows very old bed sheets . Bathroom fittings are not standard. Overall very cheap setup."

"The location is very good and just few kms from all the key places to visit that we had planned. Although in the middle of city almost still away from the hustle bustle and very calm place opposite the hockey stadium. Food was good but just that the service was a little slow. Rooms are very spacious in 3rd floor. Do check on A/c while booking , there are some rooms without A/C."

"Excellent staff who are courteous and helpful. Very clean and modern room. Breakfast is alacarte and the dosa item I ordered was delicious and budget friendly. This is a brand new property, well staffed and clean. "

"It is very well positioned next to the Jaganmohan Palace with its interesting Art gallery and a gentle walk the Mysore Palace. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was standard fare. However my room was not cleaned during my stay which, considering that the hotel was not busy, was unsatisfactory. However it was reasonable value."

"Excellent hotel with friendly staff always ready to fulfill your requirements.cozy rooms not very spacious, but you get that feel good factor.bathrooms were clean a spacious with hot water availability even at night. Breakfast is limited but filling for the day Please note: check if you have breakfast included in your itinerary. I luckily had it mentioned in our itinerary. Because the hotel first said not mentioned in the list given by booking agent to them. Overall a good and comfortable stay at Golden Riviera. "
