"Good hotel for the price, and—they’re not kidding—it’s an amazing view of the Fort. Helpful staff, and very conveniently located. Just a couple minutes walk to the clock tower and the main markets, even if the few roads right around it are decidedly unlovely. Only complaint: they have local musicians and dancing every night at dinnertime. Nice for 5 minutes, but if you’re like me and just want to enjoy a drink and quietly enjoy the view, it’s pretty annoying to have to attend a show each...

"This feels like a harsh rating, after seeing so many high ratings, but I was pretty disappointed with my stay here. I visited many other Havelis in Jodhpur, to eat at their rooftop restaurants, and all of them were cleaner, had more staff working, and had other people staying there. This place was eerily dead, and the restaurant is closed. This property is pretty cool, and the view from the roof is incredible, but it’s kind of crumbling apart. "Our room was clean, our bed was comfortable but we were on the ground floor and it was very noisy as it’s the way in and out of the hotel. It is in a great position for walking around the old town. Breakfast was ok, eggs, toast, pancakes and fruit in the roof top restaurant with lovely view of the fort. Wi-fi wasn’t great kept dropping out. Despite the room location and bad wi-fi I would recommend this hotel "

"This is a beautiful Haveli, which looks like a palace in a great location, just inside the city wall and very close to all the sights. However, the rooms themselves are very basic, very run down and not very clean. After they checked me in and gave me my room, they later told me I shouldn't be in an AC room and they would charge me extra. I refused, pointing out I was simply in the room they gave me. "Gorgeous property with a palace, surrounding beautiful grounds and a huge lake. There are too many features to list. The highlight of the trip was the abundant wildlife in the property grounds. We saw peacocks, owlets, gray langurs and many others. We stayed at the retail suite in the palace and it was a wonderful experience. "One of my favorite hotels I've stayed in India and there has been many. The room and facilities are wonderful so much charm and atmosphere. Many options for dinning and leisure relaxation with fantastic views of the city. The food was excellent. The service was above and beyond and very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! "

"I had a terrible experience at this property. On arrival the staff did not share wifi password. They mentioned we can only connect one device which was absurd. We asked for bottle waters like 6 times and they said its paid and we agreed to pay but they never provided water throughout the stay. I requested some salt and they ignored it.
