"The staff were above and beyond helpful with meals, dry cleaning, and recommendations. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious each day. The room was large, modern, clean, and facing away from the noise of the streets. The view was lovely and private. "The Hotel was extremely bad. The worst that i have come across. I was welcomed into the room by mosquitoes. I chose the hotel as it was in close proximity to the Clinic I had to go to, but could not last a night.It was a Suite and so bad. Saw a rat jumping in the room. The toilet seats were filthy. The room has a musty smell. I reached the hotel at 1 am and checked out at 6.30. Could not last there."

"No where on the reservation did it state that there are no girls allowed to stay in the dorms. I’m a solo female traveller who arrived here at 1am only to be turned away and left with my bags on the street. No help from the owner at all, not even allowed me to use the wifi to book another place. The boy who carried my bag was kind and apologetic and got me a taxi. "
