"Nice facility, our room was fairly unique with some fake rock. Our daughter's room had a cool outdoor bathtub. You get great use of two other Thambapanni resorts in the area. Rooms are large and interesting. Very musty. The air conditioner needed to be maintained to keep mildew out. Clothes drying rack, nice bathroom and good breakfast. Super accommodating staff. Unawatuna is a bit of a Russian tourist trap. Aggressive tuktuk drivers and merchants. Jungle Beach nice but crowded. The Sea Waves...

"Excellent location (right inside Galle Fort) and value for money. The owners were really welcoming, nice and helpful. B&B located in a smaller street of the Fort, thus providing calm. Room with a large bed, A/C, mosquito net and small balcony. We definitely recommend it! We got our breakfast in another hostel managed by the owners."

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were amazing. The rooms were spacious, and each had a good-sized balcony with comfortable beanbags. "Very decent hotel!! Hiru who runs the place is helpful and a nice guy. As was his father who offers a taxi service via a car or a tuktuk. The food in the rooftop bar was lovely. Particularly the breakfast which is included in the price of the hotel. "
