"We had an amazing stay at Ruhondo. The staff were all so welcoming and kind, particular mention to Jana 😊. The rooms are basic but clean and the beds are very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. We had a lovely walk/hike along the lakeside and up into the village together with a gaggle of local children - more and more joined us as we walked 😊. The location is very peaceful and I would thoroughly recommend "

"deze lodge bestaat niet, het is een frauduleuze onderneming waarbij foto's van andere lodges worden gebruikt en waarbij gasten die zogenaamd geboekt hebben én betaald aan hotels.com, door een dubieuze "lodge manager" ter plaatse naar een andere lodge worden verwezen (met argument dat zijn lodge, Twin Lakes, onverwacht volzet is, en waarbij de gast opnieuw moet betalen aan deze lodge. We stuurden hierover een mail naar hotels.com."

"Snow Hotel hade ingen bokning på oss genom hotels.com. när vi anlände trots att vi bokat och pengar dragits. Inget som stod på hotels.com. stämde med verkligheten förutom namn och adress. Det som annonseras på hotels.com är inte det verkliga snow Hotel. Bilden stämmer ej, faciliteterna stämmer ej. Vi fick boka och betala ett rum på plats, trevlig personal och ok standard för priset. "
