"Convenient location, clean and functional but a little noisy with trains, bells and traffic outside. Windows blocked noise well but in 30C we had to keep them open at night. Room lights all ceiling strip Led lights which can be intense. Lovely staff, nice restaurant."

However we supposed to have dinner included (at least it was written on the booking), but when we arrived - we were told that only breakfast is provided. In the checkout they could not find our booking number for long. The owner was friendly ofcourse, but still, it messed up the stay a bit. Also, hotel is pretty dated, and tv in...

"Spacious walk-up boutique hotel. Simple and comfortable. Very clean and tidy. Well-regarded dining. Very good breakfast for purchase. "

"Rooms, beds, closets, and small bathroom were nice. We were not in the main, front building but in another structure in the rear. Units face out to yards where you can see into other properties (like an apartment complex) so the walk-out deck area was not private and had no view. Very walkable to restaurants and a nice meadow along the way."

"We had a great stay, easy to find, centrally located, nice deck area, the bus stops very close to the hotel and the owner was very nice and takes time to help customers enjoy their stay in Andermatt. Thomas will make dinner reservations, guide service and just generally point you in the right direction. The room was really nice and seemed recently remodeled. I would stay again."
