"We absolutely loved the central location and the atmosphere of the old hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We stayed in room 15 and you could watch everyone shoot photos. We loved having a safe place to park for a small fee. The only drawback was the shower. It went from warm to scalding hot, then back to cold. My husband and i were both burned mid-shower. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. "

"Great stopover at this hotel whilst driving from France to Prague. Easy to find, minutes from the motorway. Ample / free parking and room was fine for an evening, but dated (on their annex building) but big and had all we need. Onsite restaurant was good for dinner. Staff helpful "

"Our stay here was the highlight of our trip. With a large family, we stayed in the chalet which was so nice and comfortable. We wanted to stay forever! The beds were comfortable. The views were beautiful. We were also right in the middle of everything. It was so easy to tour the old town. We hope to make it back here someday!!"

"The Burg-Hotel was amazing. We stayed in “the apartment” and it was spacious and lovely. The back garden is FABULOUS. We so enjoyed an evening sunset and glass of wine there! Driving in Rothenburg is an adventure for tourists but very much appreciated the parking. The hotel owner and staff were friendly and charming. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful lobby. Rooms larger than some older hotels.very convenient to Swabish Hall Heessenthal train station. 5 to 10 minutes to food if walking, but on Sundays expect 15 minutes. "

"Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel, die Einrichtung auf dem neuesten Stand und sehr elegant, so dass wir uns sehr wohl fühlten. Auch das angeschlossene italienische Restaurant fanden wir sehr gut. Nicht so gut gefiel uns das Frühstücken außer Haus in einer nahe gelegenen Bäckerei mit Café. Inhaltlich ohne jeden Mangel, aber in einer für uns zu lauten Umgebung. Allerdings waren wir erst nach 9 h und an einem Markttag dort, so dass es zu anderen Zeiten ganz anders sein kann."
