"Travelled to Belfast to see a concert with my 15 year old daughter. The hotel is in a great location to the bus terminal from the airport and to everything in Belfast. The hotel is clean and comfortable. "

"Nice property but a bit difficult to get into if you book through a 3rd party like Expedia as the reference numbers are different. Had to use the phone by the side of the check in computer and it was difficult to hear as there's a bar next door. But overall very decent"

"Would have given 5 stars but checked in went to room and it wasn’t made up, looked a right mess. Went back to reception to tell them and fair do’s immediate apology and free upgrade to a superior room Restaurant is closed mid week but the bar food is excellent with a good choice "

"Nice hotel for a couple of night in Ards. Free parking on site. Check in was easy enough. Short wait until my room was ready. Good size room, very clean. Wi-Fi was free and a useful speed. Breakfast and dinner in the onsite restaurant were good. Easy checkout. "

Plenty of replenishments for tea and water which was a nice touch and the room itself was spacious. Thought the bed was extremely comfy too! Rooms were quite old fashioned and dark but that’s the overall style of the hotel I’d say. Only negative was the shower, as the water smelt funny when you had a shower and the shower knob actually would fall off as you twisted it, which wasn’t...
