"Nice clean rooms, great free safe parking. Nothing is a problem with the staff. Good breakfast, not many guests seem to use this service though, maybe lower the price and you will attract more guests buying instead of losing them to the nearby Toby inn breakfast. All in all I will always use this hotel , friendliness,clean and great staff."

"We had a spacious room perfect for our teenage children. We had one meal which was tasty and served quickly. Rather expensive restaurant. Our second night was blighted by another guests abusive behaviour towards his partner. Maybe staff should say no to customers when they have clearly had too much alcohol. "

"Friendly staff, superb quality breakfast (smoked salmon with hollandaise on muffin, and a cooked breakfast for my husband). Exterior was very American motel and the place would benefit from an upgrade. However, we thought it was reasonably good value, we could park outside our room, the central area was warm and inviting in feel, bed was very comfy and the room was warm. "Nice, big family room, the only drawback is the constant banging of what must be the toilet doors below the room. Maybe some sort of padding on the door frame would be a help. Also, the bathroom windows could be better cleaned. That all said, we would stay there again. "

"My two night stay gave me a very comfortable room, with a well equipped ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was self service, with hot food being ordered at the bar. Staff were very attentive during my stay and I would definitely recommend staying here."
