"We had a comfortable stay, only disappoint was the hotel description states laundry service and a pool but actually the laundry service is a service off-site not a laundromat that I assumed. A laundromat was not even walking distance. Also there was no pool onsite but about 15 minutes away from hotel apparently but not sure if that was walking distance or by car. Other than that everything else was good, friendly staff and felt safe and secure in the hotel. Perfect views also from the top floor...

"Once checked in a good stay. Comfortable room and good location. Problem with check in was that I was expected to do it remotely, sending a copy of my passport by WhatsApp, which I declined to do. The person I had been speaking to then contacted his boss who then came round, checked me in properly and was friendly and helpful."

"A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "

"Ho pernottato solo una notte nella struttura e, anche se la zona non è delle migliori, è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o con il taxi dalla stazione centrale. Il personale è davvero molto cordiale e disponibile, fa sì che vi sentiate a proprio agio e ben accolti. La colazione è all'italiana, ma se preferite in camera è disponibile una cucina privata. Nel complesso la struttura è ben tenuta e pulita. Soddisfatta!"
