"This is not easy to find - tucked away in the hamlet above Canfin. (Drive past Candin for 1km and there’s a sign on the left). The hotel has beautiful outdoor seating under a thatch and lovely walks around. We had spiced figs in our main dish of perfectly long-cooked beef, and home-made marrons glacé on our delicious lemon...

"The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms look more like a poor pilgrim municipal auberge. Please do not reserve this hotel. The first night they didn't have hot water. I reserved for three nights but I decided not to come back on the second one even loosing the money. Because I didn't was able to get other hotel I returned for the third night. Hot water was returned. Staff only work from 6 pm to 11 pm. If you arrive early must wait outside. There is no restaurant near by, we have to go to...
