"They have a basement with rooms. The steps going down into the basement are tiled, slippery, covered in rain and SUPER DANGEROUS. My last night carefully walked down the stairs and fell anyway. After a night in agony and pain I checked out in the morning. "Friendly staff. Easy check in but requires printout of booking confirmation. It would be nice to check in paperless. Pool area is nice and we enjoyed the swim. Front beach area lots of small drift woods and unclean so unsafe to swim. They said they clean them in the morning but around afternoon they should clean them again as they accumulated. Over all we enjoyed our stay."

"It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...
