"We stayed there for two days. The sheets of both beds were dirty with stains all over them. As soon as I mentioned it to the front desk they took care of them. Breakfast is ok, it could be better.We had dinner at the property, definitely not worth the price with steak over cooked and nothing to use to eat the crab legs. However, every thing else was good. Great customer service, I would say still recommend this hotel. "

"The house was very comfortable and welcoming and the staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were a generous size and the interior design was "upscale homey". We will definitely be visiting again. If I could make any recommendations: I am not sure if the facility has recycling available, but if they do, there are no clearly marked bins to separate materials from teh trash. And the pool table was a little unever and could be refelted. But overall experience was great. "

"The stay was great! We were dropping our son off at Ithaca college and my brother came as well. There was plenty of room for all of us to be independent and comfortable. The place was so clean, it seemed like we were the first to ever stay there. The coffee shop on-site was also great! We had everything we needed to make a few meals there as well. "

"Steven and Jeanette were consummate hosts. Wonderful breakfasts everyday but very pleasant amenities throughout each day. They had helpful suggestions on what to do and the best wineries to visit. "The property was extremely outdated and infested with bugs all over the windows and few crawlers on the floor. The AC was useless, barely cooling the room in the sweltering summer heat. The property manager was awful, telling us to find another hotel at our own expense when the power went out, leaving us without electricity, water, or working toilets. Do not stay here—if the power goes out, you're on your own with no backup generator, no support, and no basic amenities. Not recommended."
