"I had not been to Decameron since 2016 - the property still looks the same a bit aged. The service and quality of food went down a lot. Their was construction going on during our stay but the noise didn't bother us too much. Great view of the beach from our room and we loved having the kitchenette. The breakfast was also very nice. "I was told to call 24 hours in advance, and the lady that answered said we did not have a reservation and she spoke very good English, and this was two phone calls one by me and one by my friend who is Panamanian. She said she had not dealt with Hotels.com since Covid, I booked another place not through hotels.com You refused to publish my review… and that is wrong wrong wrong. Hotels.com should fix the problem!"
