"Very welcoming. When we arrived instructions for getting our key out of reception hours were very clear and easy ro follow and the map provided for finding our apartment was great. The apartment was very modern and exceptionally clean. There was gentle music playing in our apartment when we arrived which added a lovely touch to our welcome. "Manager very kindly offered us a refund when there was an unfortunate but unforseeable issue with the huge and amazing looking spa bath requiring minor maintenance so it could be used. Room was otherwise clean, tidy, spacious, comfortable and private. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. The breakfast menu sounded great. "

"It was a very short stay. I stayed in a caravan and it was comfortable. I am unable to comment on the services as I didnt have the chance to interact with the hotel personnel as it was a short visit. The caravan has a bath facility but no toilet which is available in the immediate vicinity."
