"Property is great! Rooms are renovated and beach in March 2025 was phenomenal, very little rocks and not a lot of seaweed. Pelican grill is great as well (shoutout to Devon who took great care of us all week). Met a lot of friendly people who’ve been coming to this hotel for years and always loved it. I found it to be a great value hotel. If you rent a car though, the road to get to/from hotel (Billy Folly Road) needs to be replaced (very large potholes that will ruin your bumpers). "

"While resort is older and in need of a little TLC, my family and I could not have been happier with our stay. We rented one of the villas and had the time of our lives. Everyone at the resort, employees and guests, could not have been nicer. If you get a chance, definitely go to the bar and meet Ramona. Great bartender. Very friendly. Always engaging, She gave us tips on things to do and where to go. Can’t wait to go back again. "

"The property was in an amazing location on a hill overlooking the beautiful blue waters and other majestic small Islands. You seem to be in paradise. I can’t say anything negative about my stay. You have access to both French and Dutch living & dining."

"The location is the best thing about the property. Beach front, right on the boatdwalk. We stayed in a renovated seaview room with a kitchen and balcony. The room was good - spacious and clean. The balcony is shared with the room beside. We were initially incorrectly taken to a road view room and it wasn't somewhere that I'd stay. Very small and depressing, not renovated. Maybe good for 1 person who didn't plan on being in the room much. The pool is nice too but they charged $3 USD per towel...

"Everyone staff member encountered wonderful. Easy checkin, and the room was sparkling clean. Nice clean comfortable room. Kitchenette had everything to make small simple meals. Large frig and eating table was appreciated. Small boutique hotel that made it easy to step out quickly to restaurants and shopping. Small mini mart next door, with larger supermarket just up the street between Burger King and a casino. Across the street from the larger market is a pharmacy and medical offices. I did...
