"An absolutely gorgeous waterfront property that will instantly calm and relax you. My family and I (3 total) stayed a few days here in August and it was wonderful! there were a few things to keep in mind when booking here however. If you're looking for a touristy, night life place, this is probably not the place you're looking for. "Near to the train station, if anyone wants to spend a night or two at La Spezia on a budget this place is hard to beat. Clean and neat, staff is only on property up to 2:00 pm, so if you arrive later than that you must follow the instructions they will send to your Whatsapp. I did, not a big deal, everything was straightforward. "A good place to stay for a couple of nights. It’s beautifully refurbished and v clean. Breakfast is nice too. It’s quite a walk into town or the train station, 30 mins or so, but there’s a a v good pizza place just down the road. We arrived mid afternoon which does not fit in with the hotels checking in hours, but after a phone call we were able to get in, much appreciated after a very long drive. "

"With the beach opposite the hotel this was a fantastic overnight stop. It would have been worth pre-booking parking, though we were able to book the last space. There are traffic restrictions in place, but the hotel arrange the correct authorities are notified for you so that any penalties are avoided. A beautiful family room with direct access to the roof terrace."
