"I had such a good time here. My room was lovely - the view of the piazza was so nice! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the kitchens and lounge areas were great too! It is in a very good location in Massa. I had such a relaxing few days! I found a new home in Massa - grazie di cuore Ostello Palazzo Nizza. I'll be back! "

"This property was wonderful! Perfect location away from the touristy areas but easy to walk to the train station, city centre and harbour. La Spezia was a great little city. Far less crowded than staying in Cinque Terre and only 10 mins by train from the first village. The highlight of our stay here though was our host Renata. We have travelled a lot and stayed in many rental properties and have never had a better or more thoughtful host! She picked us up and dropped us off at the train...
