When I pointed out that my room’s fire alarm was missing, they offered me a new room right away. Breakfast was great. My only disappointment was that I got an abrupt, “we don’t do that on weekends” when I asked for a late checkout. A “well, what time would you like? I’ll see if we can make that happen.” would have been nice, even if they wouldn’t have been able to allow it. "
