"The room was fine. The gentleman at the front desk that checked me in was super friendly and nice. Really my only issue was that I paid more for my dog deposit to stay with me than I actually paid for the room itself. "

"It was a great stay. The breakfast was fabulous. Here are the things we were not happy about: We don't drink so we didn't want cocktails but we couldn't get any hot cocoa. Only the top floors get the hot chocolate and we were in the second floor. Also, we were charged later for parking. $7. We actually live not to far away and this isn't downtown or in a bad neighborhood. So that type of charge was unnecessary but especially since we weren't told it would cost to park. "

"Clearly an older hotel that’s been renovated. They did a great job with the renovation and the staff was great. Good sized room, comfy bed, TV placement is awkward but workable. We will definitely use Sonesta again. "
